Last summer, Headquarters was contacted by DeAnn Hilmoe, President of the Pierre Prison Lighthouse of Pierre, SD, wondering if we would allow her to make copies of the GameChangers transcripts to be used in a women’s prison. We, of course, told her to ‘go for it!’ Here is a follow up story detailing how lives were changed by the teaching of these lifechanging truths.

Wendy Cleveland, who leads His Hands Aglow in Eagle River, AK, and her friend Lisa Munson were asked by Eagle River Christian School to share about the missions work that Aglow is doing right in their own community of Eagle River.

When the Indiana General Assembly convened for the 2025 session, ten Indiana Aglow women were present. Since 1998 Aglow has been present monthly in the Indiana Statehouse lifting up prayers for our state government and the people of Indiana.

Recently Marilyn Thiessens, President of the Utah Area Team, sent us this informational write-up centered around the topic of homelessness. Why? Because in today’s world, this is a crisis that touches every community.

At the end of January, Janae Lovern was invited as International Field Director to attend Aglow’s European Leaders’ Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. Aglow leaders from many nations of Europe gathered together in the presence of the Lord for a time of fellowship, discipleship, and instruction.

Cheryl Newbanks, President of the North Colorado Area Team, also President of the Yuma, CO Lighthouse, sent us this wonderful report of what happened at their last outreach meeting.

Priscilla Weaver, President of the West Virginia Area Team, sent a report telling about an event they called ‘Jesus in the Streets’.

Recently, Diana Portugal, Facilitator of the Widow’s Aglow, a Neighborhood Lighthouse in Clovis, CA, sent us a report to share how God is using a group of widows to reach out to others. It involves those who are members of Aglow and a few ladies who have never attended an Aglow.

This year, the Central Region sent 10 intercessors to Washington, DC in June to visit strategic places where we prayed and made declarations.

In June, the Columbia, SC Lighthouse hosted the Women of Valor Worship Breakfast. All those who had attended Aglow through the years in South Carolina as well as their families, and all those who currently attend were invited to attend this special breakfast.

The Edinburg Lighthouse is partnering with Children’s Haven International (CHI) to provide backpacks and school supplies each year to children who have been taken in by CHI.

Three leaders from California, Patricia Lynn Taylor, Jana Shields, and Lani Felberg, arrived in Washington, DC for the annual Southwest Coastal DC prayer journey.
